All liquids, gels, creams, pastes, and aerosols carried through security checkpoints must be in containers of 3.4 ounces (100ml) or smaller. All containers must fit inside one clear, quart-sized zip-top bag per passenger. Medically necessary liquids, prescription medications, baby formula, breast milk, and toddler juice are exempt from the 3.4 oz container limit, but must be declared to TSA officers for separate screening.
